Role: Project Manager

Position Details:

  • Lead and manage the project team to ensure consistent delivery of the project
  • Ensure HS&E and quality standards, operating processes, company policies and all legislative requirements are understood, implemented and adhered to throughout
  • Prepare comprehensive reports for monthly project reviews to demonstrate HS&E, quality, process, operational and commercial performance
  • Assist in the procurement of all trades and supplies within the stipulated budgets
  • Ensure that the project team is adequately resourced, led and managed to achieve targets and maintain high levels of commitment & morale
  • Manage project set up and ensure it is adequately budgeted
  • Develop & maintain close relationships with customers, consultants & subcontractors to continuously improve customer experience
  • Ensure that the project team fully understand the design & specification requirements of their project
  • Report to the Project Director on progress & issues

Experience Required:

  • Experience of Project Managing Design & Build CAT A & CAT B office fit outs
  • CSCS (Black Card) & First Aid qualified, SMSTS is preferable
  • Main contractor experience working on similar projects
  • 3 years Project Management, Construction and Construction Project Management experience

Salary: £50,000.00 – £80,000.00, negotiable depending on experience. A good bonus scheme is offered if targets are achieved.
