Role: Purchase Ledger Assistant
Location: London Victoria
BUILT Recruitment is looking for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join an accounts team based in the London Victoria area. The ideal candidate will have some experience of accounts/purchase ledger but still willing to learn and grow within the business.
- Purchase Invoice entry, queries, statement reconciliation.
- Document Scanning.
- Credit Card Reconciliation.
- Check and process expenses.
- Learn to process subcontractor invoices using the construction industry scheme guidelines.
- Help to prepare and process the weekly payment runs.
- Ideally 2 years’ experience required.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Organized, methodical approach to work.
- Excellent math’s skills.
- Trustworthiness and honesty.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly.
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000, negotiable depending on experience
