Role: Purchase Ledger Assistant

Location: London Victoria

The Company:
BUILT Recruitment is looking for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join an accounts team based in the London Victoria area. The ideal candidate will have some experience of accounts/purchase ledger but still willing to learn and grow within the business.

Position Details:

  • Purchase Invoice entry, queries, statement reconciliation.
  • Document Scanning.
  • Credit Card Reconciliation.
  • Check and process expenses.
  • Learn to process subcontractor invoices using the construction industry scheme guidelines.
  • Help to prepare and process the weekly payment runs.
  • Ideally 2 years’ experience required.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Organized, methodical approach to work.
  • Excellent math’s skills.
  • Trustworthiness and honesty.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly.

Salary: £25,000 – £30,000, negotiable depending on experience
