Seth Moloney
Managing Director
Starting as an apprentice carpenter at 18 years of age, Seth has worked on domestic projects, commercial construction and landmark projects.
Seth is an Australian who moved to the United Kingdom in 2005 and transitioned into the commercial design and build industry as a Construction Manager. This involved delivering some of London’s best known projects in this specialised sector.
A devoted family man, Seth has a passion to help his family and support his friends to reach their personal goals.
Troy Jones
Operations Manager
Troy manages the Strip Out and Demolition division at BUILT FM Projects.
Over his 15 years of experience, Troy has amassed a wealth of knowledge within the sector to deliver demolition projects with outstanding service and results.
Troy strongly supports his Richmond Football Club back in Australia as well as Chelsea Football Club over here in London.
Nathan Heath
Recruitment Manager
Nathan runs the company’s payroll and handles all the recruitment for BUILT’s two divisions.
Having completed a degree in Multimedia, Nathan enjoys designing and creating brochures, posters and digital artworks to help promote the BUILT brand.
Nathan is a passionate rugby supporter in Australia and here in the UK.
